Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the team in receiving valuable property and maintaining accurate inventory record
2. Prepare inspection/check reports on movement of artwork
3. Partner with warehouse team on activities (air-conditioned environment) on stocktake, inventory control and storage location follow up
4. Onsite support during exhibition(s), as and when required.
5. Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects
Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Diploma or above
-1 to 2 years working experience
-Warehouse working experience preferred but not essential
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
-Proactive and positive, reflective, independent as well as a team player
-Detail minded, well-organised and well-disciplined
-Proficiency with MS Office Applications and knowledge of Chinese word processing
