Helutrans provides a combined 300,000 sqft of art storage facilities across our stations.
All our facilities adhere to high standards of fine art storage with the following features:
Our storage facilities are managed by registrar teams who ensure movement and inventories are constantly updated.
In addition, our Singapore facilities are under bonded status, where tax is suspended as long as artworks are stored within the premises approved by Singapore Customs.
Private viewing rooms are available at each of our facilities.
We can assist with logistical and technical arrangements for setting up private views according to clients’ needs, including providing short-term storage and onward transfer for artworks under consideration and/or in transit.
Our viewing rooms are ideal for trade clients who do not have a brick-and-mortar presence and wish to transact in a private gallery setting within our storage premises. Trade clients can store their inventory with us and arrange private views for potential clients at their convenience or even remotely, managed by our professional art handlers.

Having worked with a wide variety of clientele over many years, Helutrans has trained up to specialized teams to service specific types of accounts, from private and corporate collectors and galleries to museums, art fairs, exhibitions and auctions, as well as to undertake special projects such as public sculpture installation. Our account managers are assigned to specific clients to work with them over the longer term, building familiarity and trust.

Artspace@Helutrans is housed in a bustling warehouse that serves the neighboring container port but is only 3 minutes by taxi from the Central Business District.

Artspace@Helutrans has become a highly sought after venue for our collectors to display their art collections and for all sorts of events such as exhibitions, auctions, product launches and fashion shows.
YH Conservation Studio is a joint venture with Cheng Shiu University Conservation Center, Taiwan, established in 2016 at our Singapore headquarters.
With its team of professional conservators trained in various known conservation institutions, YH Conservation is equipped to take on the conservation and restoration of paintings, works on paper and objects, and services museum clients as well as private and corporate collectors and galleries from around the Asian region.
YH also consults on artwork inventory management, and works to further awareness on art conservation through talks and workshops.
