Helu-Trans has developed a unique ISO9002 certified Traffic Management System to make the transportation and delivery of the client's personal effects to be as smooth as possible. The Traffic Management System starts with the Traffic Department gathering all the completed customs, tax & health regulation forms of the destination country from the client where possible before he/she leaves the country. This is to avoid unnecessary delay in the delivery of the effects. Clients are prepared before they arrive in the destination country.

EFFICIENCY & PARTNERSHIPS

The Traffic Department furnishes information such as the vessel/flight details, departure and arrival dates of the vessel/flight, and contact information of the delivery partner to them. Necessary documents such as packing list, loading chart, bill of lading/airway bill, travel itinerary of the client and customs forms are processed and couriered for the delivery of the client personal effects to the delivery partner. This will give the delivery partner ample time to process the documents and welcome the family to their new home.

MONITORING EVERY STEP

The Traffic Management System does not end when the carrier leaves the port/airport. They will continue checking and monitoring till after delivery of the effects. The Traffic Department is alerted to possible delays and hiccups and can take pro-active measures to deal with it.
