I
am proud to announce that Helu-Trans (S) Pte Ltd has successfully
attained the FAIM ISO and ISO 9001
certification. This is yet another milestone in the history of the
company. Joining FIDI is a high honor for Helu-Trans for FIDI is
not just another international organization for international moving
companies. It requires its members to be, not only financially sound,
but to have achieved high quality standards in international moving.
This FAIM ISO certification will help to assure
our valued clients, partners and agents that we offer quality packing
and adopt the best practices of the international moving industry.
On our part we are determined to strive to provide our clients with

We
were the first international moving company in Singapore to qualify
for the ISO 9002 certification in 1994. This year
we were re-certified under the new ISO 9001 standards.
The re-certification is special as it incorporated the certification
of our Art Packing department. This is a landmark by itself : Helu-Trans
Art Packing department became the first in Singapore to receive
this certification. Lets us continue to work together and take full
advantage of the business opportunities. I want to personally thank
you for your past support and I look forward to working even closer
with you.
Season's
Greetings!

BALtrans
and Helu-Trans is proud to announce that we have our own CUSTOMS
LICENCE for our Shanghai office. It is a little known fact that
moving companies in China need to have a FULL LICENCE to be able
to use their names on their packaging materials and to employ their
own crew. Having a fully operational facility there and by working
directly with the customs department, it is with peace of mind that
we are able to clear shipments with our own employees.
This
is definitely a very POSITIVE step towards customer services. |
