We have come to the most crucial part of your international move - the
actual delivery. It is our goal to make the delivery of your household
goods as smooth as possible. This means working and checking with our
destination partner at every stage of delivery.
Our Destination Partner Will Contact You Upon Arrival
- They will check with you if additional information or
documentation is necessary to clear your household goods.
- If you are unable to make immediate delivery of your household
goods, they will arrange for storage and inform us to arrange for
insurance extension.
- They will confirm delivery address and arrange delivery dates.
- Check if you require handyman services, hoisting and other extra
service not included in the quotation.
Our Destination Partner Will Deliver The Consignment At The Agreed
Dates. Usual Delivery Services Include:
- Providing a packing list for checking.
- Unpacking and normal setting up of furniture.
- Removal of debris.
- Providing delivery order / delivery receipt to complete and sign
after delivery and unpacking. Please write "Not all the cartons were
unpacked" on the delivery order / receipt if the unpacking was not
completed.
- Providing insurance claims assistance should there be any damages
or breakage.
