

We provide a single point of contact for each and every one
of our customers.
International
Staff
At the time of enquiry, we will immdiately assign a Personal
Consultant with whom you can liase. If required, an International
Relocation Consultant, who speaks the same native language,
can be immediately assigned to assist the family.
Customs
Once the job is confirmed and a pre-alert received, the Personal
Consultant will contact the family to assist them in completing
the Customs Declaration forms.
Special Requests
The Personal Consultant addresses special requests
(eg. Limousine, Handyman and General Cleaning Serivces, etc)
by the transferee. Discussions will be held with the family
to schedule a delivery date. Assistance to apply permits from
the Management of apartments will be provided asa part of our
services.

On the day of delivery, the Personal Consultant will be present
to ensure that the delivery and unpacking goes smoothly.
Our
services include:
Unpacking / unwrapping of all big furniture
Positioning the furniture as directed by the client
Simple assembly of furniture
Unpacking of all loose items and general placement
Collection of empty cartons after unpacking
Insurance
Claims:
In the event event of an Insurance Claim, our Personal Consultant
will also assist in the claims procedure and recommendation
of repairer or restorer (where required).

Services provided by the Inbound Department do not end here.
We welcome our new inbound clients and assist them in settling
in. The Helu-Trans Welcome Kit consisting of the Handbook for
Expatriates, Official Guide - Singapore, Singapore Map, etc.
As part of our Inbound Calendar, we organise orientation programmes
including the Museum Tours, Lunches and Happy Hour, etc. every
quarter of the year to help the inbound clients socialise and
network. Newsletters are mailed to our Inbound Clients.
Value-added services:
